She is a passionate sales person excellence consultant / trainer and member of Professional Trainers Association of Kenya, who seeks to transform the commercial environment through sales strategies and tactics that deliver results. Henry Aganda is The Commercial Head at ISTI, overseeing the business strategy of the organization with special focus on Revenue Growth and Customer Retention. Henry brings on board, huge professional experience in Sales & Marketing, gained over the last 19 years with top notch FMCG & Service Corporates. with a proven ability to drive business expansion through aggressive sales initiatives that deliver revenue growth, market share, and market penetration.He doubles up as a career coach in Training Consultancy. He holds a B.A Hons(Economics & Sociology) from Egerton University and currently undertaking his MBA(Marketing) at The University of Nairobi. Strategic thinker who can plan and implement sales, marketing, and business initiatives to support corporate objectives. Particularly strong relationship management, team building, and general business acumen; verifiable track record of success driving unprecedented revenue and profitability gains within highly competitive organizations, industries, and markets. Mapping out training plans and schedules, designing and developing training programs (outsourced or in-house) for corporate, HR training and more

Marketing available training opportunities to employees and providing necessary information
She manages the administrative function within our organization .She is a team player, highly organized and ensures that our administration is top notch. She doubles up as our training coordinator.
